Reservation, Payment, Cancellation, and Age Policies

Reservation Policy:

Activities occurring within 30 days of the date you make the reservation are fully charged at the time of the reservation.

Activities occurring more than 30 days from the date you make the reservation are charged 50% at the time of the reservation and the balance is charged 24 hours before the activity.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received 5 days or more before a trip will be fully refunded less a 20% service charge.

Cancellations received 4 days to 24 hours before a trip will be refunded 50% of the trip fee.

There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to a trip.

There is no charges for rescheduling a trip to a different time or day.

Age Limits:

The minimum age for boating and all our tours is 3 years.ll wine tours are not recommended for children.

On Ducky Kayak trips, children must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult.

We reserve the right to change the age requirements at any time, depending on river levels and weather conditions, or to refuse participation due to other safety reasons.

Risk:

Outdoor activities in the natural world have inherent risks, and all participants will be required to sign a Release and Acknowledgment of Risk form, which can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on this link.

Most of our trips are conducted in wilderness settings outside of cell phone coverage areas and hours from outside help. Therefore, appropriate caution should be exercised. Drinking of alcoholic beverages before or during guided Sedona Adventure Tours activities is prohibited and will prevent your participation in your activity.

Minimums:

We reserve the right to cancel any tour if certain minimums are not met.
