Rent a Ducky Kayak for Your Own Verde River Adventure

Rent a Ducky Kayak on the Verde River, ArizonaMeet our shuttle driver at Beasley Flats River Access Point in Camp Verde (printable map and directions here) and park your vehicle, load up your food, water and personal gear into the shuttle vehicle and we will drive you and the Ducky Kayaks up river to Clear Creek to begin your Verde River adventure.

Your River Trip is about 5 miles and can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on river conditions, and whether you stop for a picnic or to swim. Your river trip on the Verde River ends at the Beasley Flats access point where your vehicle is parked and waiting for you.

Upon completion of your Verde River adventure you will use your cell phone to call our local pick-up driver. While you wait, clean off your Ducky Kayak and equipment and bring the ducky and gear up to the boat loading area. We will meet you to collect all your gear, return your driver’s license, and free you up to enjoy the rest of the day.

September through May:

  • Singles: $90.00 per Ducky Kayak per day
  • Tandems:(2 person) $160.00* per ducky, per day

Memorial Day through Labor Day

  • Singles: $60.00 per Ducky Kayak per day
  • Tandems:(2 person) $90.00* per ducky, per day

Prices include paddles, life jackets, helmets (optional), water cannons (in season)

FINE PRINT

  • Last boat pick up is at 4 pm.
  • Your driver’s license is your security deposit for the Ducky Kayak and will be returned to you at the completion of your rental.
  • There is a $25.00 cleaning fee per boat if returned dirty
  • Should you arrive after 4 PM, you must clean off and deflate the Ducky Kayak(s), load them in your vehicle and return all the gear back to our Boathouse in Cornville, AZ. Kayaks and gear must be returned by close of business 5 pm or next morning by 8am.

Sample Itinerary (Your times may vary)

  • 9:00 Depart Sedona for Beasley Flats River Access Point (RAP) in Camp Verde (1 hour drive about 40 miles)
  • 10:00 Arrive Beasley Flats (RAP) meet shuttle driver, transfer to shuttle vehicle
  • 10:30 Depart Beasley Flats for Clear Creek River (RAP)
  • 11:00 Arrive at Clear Creek (RAP), unload boats and gear
  • 11:15 Launch on your Verde River adventure
  • 1:30 Stop for lunch on the lush banks of the Verde River
  • 3:30 Arrive at Beasley Flats (RAP). Go to your vehicle in the parking lot get your cell phone and call our local pickup driver. Return to the river, unload boats and bring all gear up to the boat ramp for pick up.
  • 3:40 Pickup driver arrives to inspect rental gear and return your driver’s license.

You are off to enjoy another adventure in the Verde Valley.
